Cody Rhodes, Charlotte Flair, Rey Mysterio, and Austin Theory Join Triple H at Presidential Fitness Test Restoration Event

WWE made a notable appearance in the political and public health space this week, with Triple H and several top Superstars showing up alongside U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for an event centered on restoring the Presidential Fitness Test.

The lineup of WWE talent making the trip was revealed during this week’s episode of RAW. Joining Triple H were Cody Rhodes, Charlotte Flair, Rey Mysterio, and Austin Theory, all of whom represented the company at the event tied to the U.S. Department of Health.

The Presidential Fitness Test has a long history in American schools, serving for decades as a benchmark program designed to measure and encourage physical fitness in young people. Its restoration has been a talking point under the current administration, and WWE’s involvement underscores the company’s ongoing push to align its brand with broader health and wellness messaging — something that has been a consistent theme under both the current corporate direction and Triple H’s creative leadership.

For WWE, putting recognizable faces like Rhodes, Flair, and Mysterio in front of a mainstream, non-wrestling audience is a calculated move that serves both promotional and public-relations purposes. Rhodes, as the reigning top star of the company, makes particular sense as the face of that kind of outreach. Flair and Mysterio carry decades of crossover appeal, while Theory represents the next generation of WWE talent.

No additional details about the specific proceedings of the event were disclosed on RAW beyond the announcement of the group’s attendance.
