BRCW Sets Seven-Match Card For Summer Smash

Boca Raton Championship Wrestling has released an updated lineup for its upcoming Summer Smash event, which is scheduled for Sunday, August 16, 2026 at The Studio at Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida. The promotion confirmed that seven matches are set for the card, though full match details beyond that count have not yet been made public.

BRCW has built a steady reputation on Florida’s independent wrestling scene, running regular shows out of the Boca Raton area and drawing on a mix of regional talent and touring independent names. Summer Smash figures to be one of the promotion’s bigger offerings of the year, and the seven-match slate suggests a full night of action even before all the specifics are confirmed.

Independent promotions like BRCW play an important role in the broader wrestling ecosystem, often serving as proving grounds for talent looking to build a name before catching the eye of larger companies, or as a place for veterans to stay sharp outside the spotlight of national television. A card announcement like this one, even without every match pinned down, signals that the promotion is actively building toward a marquee date and will likely roll out additional details — entrances, championship implications, and any surprise appearances — as the event draws closer.

Fans in South Florida looking to attend will want to keep an eye on BRCW’s official channels for the remaining match announcements ahead of the August 16 show at The Studio at Mizner Park. As is often the case with independent promotions, cards can shift in the days leading up to an event, so additional updates are expected before Summer Smash actually takes place.

For now, wrestling fans in the area have a date circled, a venue locked in, and seven matches to look forward to — with more information presumably on the way as BRCW finalizes its Summer Smash presentation.
