WWE Unreal Season 3 Trailer Spotlights John Cena Farewell and Star-Studded Cast

WWE has released the official trailer for Season 3 of its acclaimed behind-the-scenes docuseries WWE Unreal, and it looks like the most ambitious installment yet.

The new season promises to pull back the curtain on the company’s creative process once again, putting cameras inside the writers’ room as plans develop, injuries disrupt timelines, and last-minute decisions reshape major storylines. According to the trailer, the season is being framed around what WWE is billing as one of its biggest runs heading into WrestleMania 42.

Among the central threads teased is John Cena’s farewell journey — a fitting subject for a docuseries format, given the weight that surrounds the 16-time champion’s send-off from in-ring competition. The trailer also hints at the return of a fan favorite and the emergence of WWE’s next wave of talent, though specific details weren’t spelled out.

The roster of names featured in Season 3 is extensive: Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, AJ Lee, Bron Breakker, Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Lash Legend, Stephanie Vaquer, Chelsea Green, and Matt Cardona all appear alongside Cena.

WWE Unreal Season 3 premieres on July 21 and will run five episodes, each clocking in at approximately 50 minutes. That’s roughly four hours of content covering creative decisions, pivotal moments, and the human stories behind some of WWE’s highest-profile programming.

With WrestleMania 42 serving as the apparent backdrop for much of the season, WWE Unreal looks set to offer a compelling companion piece to what promises to be a landmark stretch for the company.
