El Grande Americano Promises Mystery Backup When He Confronts Perros del Mal on July 11 AAA on Fox

El Grande Americano is done waiting. Following weeks of hostility from the revived Perros del Mal faction, Americano used a pre-recorded video message aired during the July 4 edition of AAA on Fox to announce that he will be calling out the group on the July 11 episode — and he will not be showing up alone.

The confrontation has been building since Perros del Mal blindsided Americano after he celebrated a victory over the original El Grande Americano. Rather than back down, Americano has drawn a line in the sand, warning the faction — which consists of Daga, Karmen Petrovic, Bronco Nima, Berto, and Angel — that he’ll have allies at his side when the moment of reckoning arrives. Who exactly those allies are remains unknown, and that mystery alone should make July 11 a must-watch.

Perros del Mal wasted no time reminding everyone just how dangerous they can be. Later in the same broadcast, the faction closed the show by laying waste to El Fiscal in the main event, standing tall over the fallen luchador as AAA on Fox went off the air. It was a clear statement of intent heading into next week’s showdown.

The July 11 episode of AAA on Fox is shaping up to be a loaded hour of television. In addition to Americano’s confrontation with Perros del Mal and the reveal of his mystery partners, both Damian Priest and AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio are scheduled to appear. With that kind of star power assembled alongside an already volatile faction war, the stakes for next Friday could hardly be higher.
