CONTRA MERCS — Krugger, The Good Brothers & Shotzi — Face CONTRA Unit at MLW Fusion on July 11

A new alliance has formed in Major League Wrestling, and it’s aiming straight at one of the promotion’s most feared factions.

Mads Krule Krugger has joined forces with The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson) and Shotzi under the banner of CONTRA MERCS, and the group is set to clash with CONTRA Unit in a trios match on MLW Fusion on Saturday, July 11.

The matchup is rooted in betrayal and retribution. Krugger, a man who knows CONTRA Unit’s methods from the inside, has been resurrected and is now steering his vengeance directly at the international cabal. Standing alongside him are Gallows and Anderson — two of the most experienced tag team practitioners in the game — and Shotzi, who brings a reckless, fearless energy to what is already one of MLW’s most unpredictable alliances.

For CONTRA Unit, this is a genuine threat. Krugger isn’t just a mercenary here for a paycheck — he’s a man with intimate knowledge of how the black flag operates, making him arguably the most dangerous opponent the faction could face. The question heading into Saturday is whether CONTRA Unit can neutralize someone who already knows their playbook, or whether Krugger and the MERCS can flip the script and make the hunters the hunted.
