FTR captured the AEW World Tag Team titles for the third time in November 2025, giving the celebrated duo yet another chapter in what has been a distinguished run in the company. That reign came to an end in May 2026 at Double or Nothing, closing the book on what now appears, at least in Wheeler’s view, to be a defining final chapter with that particular title.
