Alpha Wolf Wins Ladder Match, Books N-1 Victory Spot

Pro Wrestling NOAH ran a stacked show on Saturday, July 18, at INTEX Osaka Hall 5 in Osaka, Japan, headlined by a ladder match that determined the final entrant into the 2026 N-1 Victory tournament. Alpha Wolf came out on top of that match, punching his ticket into one of NOAH’s signature annual round-robin tournaments.

The card also featured five championship matches, making it one of the more title-heavy shows NOAH has put together this year. A total of 2,088 fans were on hand for the event.

The N-1 Victory is NOAH’s marquee summer tournament, traditionally used to set up major title challenges and push contenders up the card heading into the fall. Securing a spot via a ladder match adds an extra layer of stakes, and Alpha Wolf’s win puts him in the mix against the rest of the field once the tournament schedule kicks off.

With five title matches also on the docket, Saturday’s show carried plenty of championship implications across NOAH’s roster, though the ladder match and its N-1 Victory stakes were the clear focal point of the night. Fans will now be watching to see how NOAH shapes the rest of the tournament bracket and how Alpha Wolf’s addition affects the overall picture.

More details on the full slate of title matches and the broader N-1 Victory field are expected to come into focus as NOAH continues building toward the tournament in the weeks ahead.
