AEW Sets Pittsburgh Return for Post-All Out Dynamite

AEW Sets Pittsburgh Return for Post-All Out Dynamite

AEW is heading back to Pittsburgh next month, with the city set to host the go-home fallout show from All Out. The promotion confirmed on Monday that the September 30 episode of Dynamite will come from the Petersen Events Center, just four days after All Out takes place in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on September 26.

That week’s Dynamite will run as a standalone show, with AEW yet to announce a location for the accompanying Collision taping. Tickets for the Pittsburgh date go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 14. Promotional material for the show already features Willow Nightingale, Mercedes Moné, Hangman Page and Kevin Knight, giving fans an early idea of who could be featured.

Pittsburgh isn’t new territory for AEW. The Petersen Events Center hosted just the fourth episode of Dynamite back in October 2019 and has become a regular stop for the company since. In fact, this will mark the second straight year the building has hosted the post-All Out edition of Dynamite, following AEW’s visit there in September 2025.

The date slots into what’s shaping up to be one of AEW’s most jam-packed stretches of the year. Before Pittsburgh, the promotion runs All In at London on August 30, followed by a Rebel Heart-branded Dynamite in Athens, Georgia on September 9, and then All Out on September 26. AEW is also set for a live Dynamite and Collision taping at The Pearl Theater in Las Vegas on Wednesday, August 12, kicking off this run of high-profile dates.

The Pittsburgh show carries some added intrigue given its ties to Britt Baker. The former AEW Women’s World Champion has deep roots in the city, having trained locally before becoming one of the promotion’s breakout stars, and she has been away from AEW television for an extended period. With speculation about her future continuing to swirl, a natural spot for a possible return would be a hometown-adjacent show like this one. If Baker doesn’t appear at either the Rebel Heart special in Athens or the Pittsburgh Dynamite, expect the questions about her AEW status to only grow louder.

Beyond the Baker storyline, the Pittsburgh date gives AEW a chance to capitalize on a market that has consistently delivered for the company since its early days. Returning to a building with history — and doing so right as the post-All Out storylines are being set — suggests AEW wants a hot crowd for whatever fallout needs addressing from the pay-per-view. Whether that means new championship pictures, faction fallout, or unexpected returns remains to be seen, but the timing lines up with a promotion trying to keep momentum rolling straight through the fall.

With All In, Rebel Heart and All Out all sandwiched into a five-week window before Pittsburgh even arrives, AEW’s schedule between now and the end of September is about as stacked as it gets. Fans in western Pennsylvania will get to see how it all shakes out live.
