WWE Raw aired on August 24, 2026, featuring the semifinal round of the World Heavyweight Title No. 1 Contender’s Tournament, a milestone in-ring return, and chaos breaking out during the night’s tag team main event.

Stephanie Vaquer made her first appearance since facing Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42, taking on The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez. Vaquer looked sharp early with a series of submission attempts, but Perez used interference from Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez to try to swing momentum her way. Becky Lynch showed up to even the odds, and with the distraction neutralized, Vaquer landed a face breaker to pick up the win.

The World Heavyweight Title tournament moved forward with two semifinal bouts. Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee put on a hard-hitting affair filled with high-risk offense, including a Styles Clash counter from Lee and a Cutter from Fenix that Lee somehow survived. Fenix ultimately closed things out with a Mexican Muscle Buster. In the other semifinal, Penta squared off with La Parka, trading dropkicks and dramatic aerial offense before Penta escaped a Bone Breaker attempt and finished La Parka with a Sacrifice into a Mexican Destroyer.

Elsewhere, Oba Femi and Bron Breakker sat down for a heated contract signing ahead of their showdown at Sunday Night’s Main Event. Big Cass made his first WWE ring appearance in over eight years, overpowering Je’Von Evans and knocking him out with a Big Boot after countering an OG Cutter attempt. Following the bell, Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day laid out Evans.

The show’s tag team matchup between LA Knight and Solo Sikoa against The Usos never reached a finish. The Usos worked to keep Knight out of the match by isolating Sikoa, but once Knight got the tag he began turning the tide with a DDT and a top-rope elbow. Before a result could be determined, Royce Keys returned to WWE television, running in alongside Bronco Nima and Lucien Price to blindside Jey Uso and Sikoa through the barricade, sending the segment into chaos.
