MGK’s ‘Fix Ur Face’ Named Official Theme Song For SummerSlam

WWE has enlisted a pair of rock and hip-hop names to help soundtrack SummerSlam weekend, tapping Machine Gun Kelly and Fred Durst’s collaborative track “Fix Ur Face” as the Premium Live Event’s official theme song.

Triple H announced the news on social media, sharing a promotional video that splices footage from the “Fix Ur Face” music video with clips from this weekend’s show. “It all starts tomorrow,” he wrote. “Thanks to @machinegunkelly for adding his sound to @WWE. FIX UR FACE is the official song of #SummerSlam.” The song was originally released on April 21.

Both artists have history with WWE. Fred Durst’s band Limp Bizkit is tied to one of the most iconic entrance themes in company history — “Rollin’” famously played The Undertaker to the ring during the Attitude Era and into Ruthless Aggression. MGK, meanwhile, has been a semi-regular presence around WWE programming over the past several years, blending his music career with appearances tied to the product.

Theme songs have long been part of the SummerSlam rollout, giving WWE a crossover marketing hook that extends beyond the wrestling audience and into music and pop culture circles. Pairing a rock veteran with deep WWE ties like Durst alongside a current chart presence like MGK gives the promotion reach in two very different fan bases heading into one of its biggest weekends of the year.

SummerSlam returns for a second straight year as a two-night event, running Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2. The card is stacked with high-profile championship matches, headlined by Roman Reigns defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins and CM Punk putting the Undisputed WWE Championship on the line opposite Cody Rhodes. Also on the docket is a long-awaited in-ring debut, with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis stepping into the ring against Gunther.

With a title track locked in and a stacked two-night lineup ready to go, WWE is once again leaning on star power outside the ring to amplify a show already loaded with marquee matchups inside it. Expect “Fix Ur Face” to get heavy rotation across WWE’s broadcast and hype packages throughout the weekend as the promotion tries to make SummerSlam feel like the cultural event it’s long positioned itself to be.

Fans will find out soon enough whether the new anthem has staying power the way “Rollin’” did decades ago — but for now, it’s official: MGK and Fred Durst are part of the SummerSlam soundtrack for 2026.
