Deonna Purrazzo Working Toward Medical Clearance After Injury

Deonna Purrazzo is on the road back after suffering an injury that halted one of her matches during a Ring of Honor television taping in June. The ROH Women’s Pure Champion was forced to stop the bout due to the injury, and she later shared a photo of herself on crutches while wearing a walking boot, confirming the severity of the setback.

Since then, Purrazzo has kept fans updated on her recovery, and she recently indicated that she’s actively working toward getting medically cleared to return to the ring. No timetable has been given for when that clearance might come, but the update suggests progress in her rehabilitation.

Purrazzo has been one of the most decorated women in the industry over the past several years, holding championships across multiple promotions and building a reputation as one of the top technical wrestlers on the roster. Her run with the ROH Women’s Pure Championship has been a notable part of her recent work, and questions about the title’s status will likely persist until she’s able to get back in action.

For now, all signs point to Purrazzo focusing on her health before any return date is set. Fans will be watching closely for further updates as she continues working toward clearance.
