TNA Confirms Daria Rae Has Re-Signed with the Company

TNA Wrestling has officially confirmed that Daria Rae has signed a new contract with the promotion, ensuring that the Director of Operations will remain a fixture on TNA Thursday Night iMPACT! going forward.

Rae has quickly become one of TNA’s most recognizable on-screen authority figures since making a surprise debut on the premiere episode of TNA Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC. She has appeared regularly on the show ever since, which airs on AMC and AMC+ in the United States, Sportsnet 360 in Canada, and TNA+ for international viewers. Her role has centered heavily on a management power struggle alongside TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella, a dynamic that has been a consistent throughline of the weekly show.

In a previous interview with The Sportster, Rae spoke glowingly about what drew her to the company. “There is more passion, heart, soul and pure talent in this company than I think, arguably, anywhere else in sports entertainment today,” she said.

With the re-signing now made official, TNA fans can expect Rae to remain central to the show’s storylines as the promotion builds toward its next major special event. Lockdown is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, in Chicago, with every match on the card set to take place inside a steel cage — a concept synonymous with the Lockdown brand.
