Sarray is leaving WWE NXT.
According to Tokyo Sports, the 26-year-old will exit WWE NXT following the expiration of her contract. The report noted that Sarray will return to Japan to resume her in-ring career after her contract expires.
Sarray will make her in-ring return at ‘Sareee-ism’ at Shinjuku FACE on May 16, 2023, in Tokyo. For those wondering, Sarray used to compete under the ring name “Sareee” prior to her WWE run.
A press conference is scheduled for May 13th to formally announce her in-ring commitments in Japan.
Sarray last wrestled on the August 2, 2022, episode of NXT 2.0 in a losing effort to former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose. She made her WWE NXT debut at a house show in April 2021.
