An AEW star was knocked out cold on Dynamite this week.
According to PWInsider, Don Callis legitimately hurt himself during the brawl angle with the Blackpool Combat Club on the latest episode of Wednesday Night Dynamite. Callis struck his head after he was punched by Jon Moxley during a backstage segment.

When The Blackpool Combat Club attacked Hangman Page and Don Callis backstage on AEW Dynamite, Callis was legitimately hurt, PWInsider.com is told.
We are told Callis struck his head while going down after being punched by Jon Moxley and was legitimately busted open.
What the announcers stated about Callis being checked out backstage was 100% legitimate as he was absolutely dinged up. We’ll post an update if and when we confirm more.
Callis also didn’t accompany Konosuke Takehita for his match against Sammy Guevara on this week’s Rampage taping. PWExclusive will have more on his status as the update comes.
